Earlene – Fair Isle Knit Jumper

I'll admit I was nervous ordering from a shop I didn't know. No need. My order turned up quickly, the fabric is lovely and it looked exactly like the photos. I've already got my eye on a few pieces for summer.

At these prices I expected thin, boring clothes. Not a bit of it. Everything I've ordered feels well made and looks far dearer than what I paid. I'm on my third order now.

Since menopause I can't stand anything that clings or pinches, especially once the weather warms up. This sits loosely in all the right places and moves with me. It's the first dress in ages I forget I'm wearing.

My only worry was what happens if something doesn't fit. I sent one piece back and my refund came through without any fuss. No back and forth, no chasing. It's rarely that easy.

What won me over was the service. I emailed a question not expecting much, and a real person replied the same day and couldn't have been kinder. You don't always get that anymore.

I carry a little extra weight and I'm tired of clothes that remind me of it all day. These do the opposite. I feel like myself again: comfortable, cool enough for a warm day, and a little dressed up without trying too hard.

I ordered one for myself, then two more as gifts for my sisters. It works just as well for everyday as it does for a long lunch. The quality holds up wash after wash, and that's what matters to me.
